Sales leaders
Pipeline, stage conversion, win rate, cycle length: all instrumented. What was actually said in the room is not. The pitch is the largest unmeasured variable in your funnel, and it is the one you are accountable for.

Your win-loss reviews run on anecdote
You ask why the deal went sideways and you get a story. It was price. They went with the incumbent. Champion left. Sometimes that is true. You have no way to check it against what the buyer was actually shown, so coaching becomes a matter of whose account of the meeting you find most persuasive.
The pitch was never instrumented, so it cannot be improved
Every other stage of your funnel produces data by existing. The pitch produces a PowerPoint that lands in someone's downloads folder. There is no record of what argument was made, which claims were used, or how any of it correlates with the outcome, so the single most consequential moment in the deal is the one you manage by feel.
What this is quietly costing you
You are forecasting on lagging indicators and coaching on opinion. That works until a quarter goes wrong and the postmortem produces four confident explanations that contradict each other. Meanwhile the thing that would actually move win rate, how the case gets made, stays outside the reporting entirely.
61% of B2B buyers prefer a rep-free buying experience, which means the deck is doing the selling when you are not in the room.
Gartner, June 2025What's different once DeckShift is in the loop
Every deck becomes a record of an attempted persuasion
Structured, comparable, and joinable to what happened next. What used to be an artefact becomes evidence you can reason about across the whole team.
You coach against data instead of taste
Deck reviews stop being an argument about style. You can point at what the decks that closed had in common and what the stalled ones were missing.
Nothing unsourced reaches a prospect
Claims carry sources and confidence ratings, and the flags show you where reps are pushing past the evidence, before a customer finds it rather than after.
What it's worth
Insight is priced per company: the value is the reporting, not the seat count. The lever it pulls is win rate, not rep productivity. On any pipeline of consequence, a few points of conversion is a different order of money from hours saved.
You will find no customer logos or outcome metrics on this page. DeckShift is pre-launch, and we hold our marketing to the standard the product enforces: claims carry sources or they don't ship. The numbers above come from linked primary research. Ours will appear here when customers exist to measure.

The answers your reviewers will want
A deck tool sees competitive material, so somebody on your side is going to ask where it all goes. Short versions below; the long versions are one click away.
Training
Your decks never train third-party foundation models. Our AI providers are contractually barred from training on your content. Our own engine improves on de-identified, aggregated content only, and you can opt out in account settings.
Retention
Raw uploads live only as long as delivering your output requires, then get deleted or reduced to de-identified form. Your generated library persists with your account, under your control.
Deletion
Your identity and your content are held separately. Delete your account at any time, or write to privacy@deckshift.app and we delete on request.
By this time next year you want to be able to answer why you won, at slide resolution, without convening anyone. That is the difference between managing a number and understanding it.
Insight
A monthly intelligence engagement with a company-sized pool of generation, for 50 to 100 seats. Demo-first and founder-led.
How the argument gets built
The Pushback and The Fit are the leader's patterns: one arms the team with a consistent teaching story, the other unsticks the stalled deals that quietly eat a quarter.
The Pushback
Teach them something true that they didn't want to know.
The Fit
The deal isn't lost. It's stuck. Different problem.
Solo reps
You are the whole go-to-market team, and the deck is the thing that keeps getting cut.
