Your deck stays your deck

A sales deck is competitive material. Here is exactly what happens to yours, in the order it happens.

// the pipeline

What happens when you upload

1. Transport and storage

Content is encrypted in transit. Your account identity and your content are held separately, and payment card data never touches our systems at all — billing runs through a payment processor.

2. Generation

Your seed deck and prospect inputs are processed by AI model providers acting as our subprocessors. They are contractually required not to use your content to train their own models. The output comes back to you and only you.

3. Retention

Raw uploads live only as long as needed to deliver your output, then are deleted or de-identified. Your generated library persists with your account. Backups cycle on a rolling basis.

4. Engine improvement

DeckShift's own engine learns from de-identified, aggregated content: names of people and companies, logos, contact details, and deal figures are stripped first, and insights are computed across many users, never one. You can opt out in account settings.

The binding versions of these commitments live in the privacy policy and terms of service. A current subprocessor list is available by writing to privacy@deckshift.online while the public list is finalized.

// questions

The questions buyers actually ask

Is my deck used to train AI models?

Your decks are never used to train third-party foundation models, and our AI providers are contractually barred from training on your content. DeckShift improves its own engine using de-identified, aggregated content only, with names, logos, and deal figures stripped first, and you can opt out in account settings.

Who can see my uploaded deck?

You and the AI processing pipeline that generates your output. Your identity is separated from content before anything enters the analytics environment. DeckShift staff access is limited to operating and troubleshooting the service.

How long is my deck stored?

Raw uploads are retained only as long as needed to deliver your generated output and for a limited period after, then deleted or reduced to de-identified form. Your generated decks stay in your library for as long as your account is active.

Can I get my data deleted?

Yes. Delete your account at any time, or contact privacy@deckshift.online for a deletion request. De-identified aggregate data that no longer identifies you may be retained.
