There is no native Zoho CRM connection yet. The DeckShift Chrome extension reads the Zoho CRM record you have open and hands it to DeckShift as the starting context for a shift. Nothing to install in Zoho CRM, and no admin to ask.
How it works
- 1Add the DeckShift extension to Chrome and sign in with your DeckShift account.
- 2Open the record in Zoho CRM.
- 3Click the DeckShift icon, pick the deck to start from, and send.
- 4The Setup form opens on studio.deckshift.app with the record in the prospect notes. Press Shift there.
Through the extension, next to a native connection
Both get your CRM into the deck. They do it differently, and you should know which one you are buying. HubSpot has the native connection today. Zoho CRM works through the extension.

Does DeckShift write anything to Zoho CRM?
No. The extension reads the page in front of you and starts a shift. It never changes anything on the page or in the tool behind it.
Can it read records I can't see?
No. It reads only what is on your screen, so Zoho CRM's own permissions decide what reaches the deck.
Does it work in the Zoho CRM mobile app?
No. It is a Chrome extension, so it runs in Chrome on a computer.
Does someone on my team have to set it up first?
Not in DeckShift. Some companies control which Chrome extensions their people can add. If yours does, your IT team may need to allow it.
